Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the services provided by LLC "Bulk Range" (Kyrgyz Republic ) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us" or "our").

The Company shall refund fees only in the cases provided for in this Refund Policy. Before access to an Online Course has been granted, a User may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Once access to the Online Course has been granted, refunds shall be available only in the exceptional cases set out below.

Technical Issues

• Technical glitches on the website or in the digital learning material wherein learning becomes impossible. Once a glitch on the website is reported, the Company will attempt to repair the glitch and restore the learning process within seven (7) days. If that does not work, the Company will grant a credit note of twenty-five percent (25%) of the fees (excluding taxes), which may be redeemed against other courses or transferred to another person.
• If the glitch is not repaired within fifteen (15) days from the date it was reported, the Company will refund the full amount paid through the original payment method or other banking channels, where applicable. Access to the course shall then be deemed cancelled.
• If the glitch is found in the digital learning materials provided to the subscriber, the Company will replace or restore the defective digital learning materials within seven (7) days after receiving the subscriber's request. If the issue is not resolved within fifteen (15) days from the replacement request, the Company will refund the fees in full.
• On the death of the subscriber and upon presentation of the death certificate, the Company will refund the entire fees paid to the nominee or the legal heir. The subscriber's nominee/legal heir will bear all documentation costs.

Under no circumstances will the Company refund fees in cash. The subscription is not transferable to any other individual.

Before receiving access to the Online Course, subscribers may either: cancel the purchase and receive a full refund; or opt for another course of the same or higher value, in which case the fees paid may be transferred to the new course.

Once access to the course has been granted (for online courses), no refund or course transfer shall be permitted, except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy or otherwise agreed by the Company.

The Company reserves the absolute right to revise this Refund Policy at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website

Refunds, where approved, will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 45 calendar days, depending on the card issuer and the applicable payment system.

Governing Law: This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic .

Jurisdiction any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kyrgyz Republic .
