Payment by Bank Cards
Payment Methods
Payment for Courses available on the Platform is made on a cashless basis using bank cards issued under international and national payment systems available at the time of placing the Order.
Bank cards supported by the applicable payment service provider are accepted for payment.
Payment Procedure
After selecting a Course, the User clicks the "Pay" button and is automatically redirected to the secure payment page of the payment service provider to enter their bank card details.
Depending on the selected payment method, the User's region, or other applicable conditions, payment may be accepted by the relevant Service Provider. Information about the Service Provider accepting the payment will be provided to the User prior to the completion of the payment and/or displayed on the payment page.
Upon successful payment, the User will receive a payment confirmation and access to the purchased Course in accordance with the User Agreement.
Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through the secure payment gateway of an authorized payment service provider.
Payment information is transmitted using industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS).
For additional security, transactions may be protected by 3-D Secure authentication (including Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check, and other equivalent authentication technologies), where supported by the User's card-issuing bank.
The Company does not receive, store, or process Users' full payment card details. All payment card information is entered exclusively on the secure payment page of the payment service provider.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with the User Agreement and the Refund Policy available on the Platform.
Where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the same bank account or payment card used for the original transaction, unless otherwise required by applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment system.
The time required for the refunded amount to be credited depends on the card-issuing bank and may take up to 45 calendar days.
Payment Privacy
When making a payment, the User is redirected to the secure payment page of the payment service provider.
The Company does not have access to the User's payment card number, expiry date, CVV/CVC security code, or any other confidential payment information.
Payment processing is carried out in accordance with internationally recognized payment security standards.
