Reschedule Policy

Each course, whether online or offline, must be completed within the specified time limit. In the case of online, the time to complete the course will commence from the time of first log-in or from forty hours of sending the log-in details, whichever is earlier. In the case of offline, the course will be deemed to have commenced within 48 hours of receiving the educational kit.

Before accessing the learning material, the candidate may reschedule the course only once upon payment of a rescheduling fee equivalent to USD 10. Once the rescheduling option has been exercised, no further rescheduling will be permitted.

Notwithstanding the above, the maximum number of permitted reschedules shall remain one. Rescheduling is permitted once in the case of a severe illness requiring hospitalization, subject to the submission of a medical certificate.
