The first chakra is muladhara.

stability, security, absence of fears. The first chakra creates a support for the entire energetic frame of a person just as the spine is the main frame of the physical body.

If it is blocked, you don't feel confident in yourself. Fear that money will be gone or the man will leave. Fear of losing everything. Fear of being alone. Constant search for stability.

The second chakra is manipura. Responsible for optimism, willpower, own "I", the importance of themselves in the world, concentration, the ability to show perseverance, to achieve goals, to be resistant to external influences. From the functioning of this chakra depends on the recognition of their true desires and goals, social status and success of a person, his career, financial achievements, influence and power.

If a person has a low level of spiritual development, the third chakra, alas, works poorly. Such people easily succumb to the herd instinct, do not have their own opinion, and some even have a desire for destruction and violence (i.e. they are dominated by animal instincts).

Spiritually developed people strive to develop themselves and realize their potential, their forces are directed to creation. Such people have excellent organizational skills, know what they want from life, know how to cope with their emotions.

The third chakra is anahata. The heart chakra is governed by love, compassion, sensuality, sympathy, empathy, joy, delight and harmony.

The fourth chakra is the center of connection between the human soul and the ego.

Anahata chakra helps people to feel unity with the world around them. It is responsible for the work of not only the heart, but also the entire upper spine, lungs, sternum, breathing, shoulders and arms.

The goal of any spiritual practice is to open the heart (thoracic) center. Since by opening the heart chakra and allowing prana to flow through, one feels love, grace, joy, peace and kindness. After that people begin to radiate love both to themselves and to others, become benevolent, receptive to harmony and beauty.
