<p>Why do this meditation?</p> <p>Our desires are not fulfilled because we drag a lot of unnecessary things behind us: failures, unnecessary junk, bad thoughts, negative attitudes, unsuccessful programs, resentments, guilt, obligations that are not ours, other people's desires and goals, etc.</p> <p>Therefore, in order to start something new or to fulfill desires, it is necessary to cleanse from the old and fill with positive energy for the realization of the conceived.</p> <p>How and when to do it:</p> <p>Do a house cleaning and get rid of unnecessary junk.<br /> Take a shower.<br /> Before going to bed, do a meditation.<br /> In the morning, do any additional practices on goals and desires.<br /> The best days for meditation are on the waxing moon.<br /> You can make a list of:</p> <p>negative thoughts;<br /> undesirable people you'd like to let go of;<br /> failed projects;<br /> resentments.<br /> This is a way to get out of the state of a perpetual loser.</p>
