<p>The meditation is aimed at uncovering shadow qualities, resources and your potential.</p> <p>As there is something in each of us that we ignore, fail to notice or accept.<br /> By denying ourselves, we are not utilizing all facets of ourselves.</p> <p>For example, if it seems that you don't have a quality like SEXUALITY or self-control in you, then it's hard for you and achieve certain goals.</p> <p>Such as: being possessive, losing weight, etc.</p> <p>You notice these qualities in others instead of developing them in yourself.</p> <p>There are weak "pathways" in our neural network that we can activate at any time.</p> <p>This meditation is about finding and embedding your shadow and resource qualities.<br /> It is also about creating a subconscious image of the "strong self" and embedding it in your daily life.</p>
